National Survey Service was first organized in 1925. Since 1977 it has been owned and operated by Walter M. Opaczewski, a Registered Professional Land Surveyor. In 1998 it was incorporated under the name NSS Toledo Inc.
We employ a knowledgeable staff including engineers and surveyors licensed in both Ohio and Michigan. We are a team-based organization with everyone working together to provide quality and accuracy for every project we undertake.
